Tracy specializes in complex land development projects and creates value from project inception through construction. He has over 33 years of experience in the Civil Engineering and Land Development industries and served as the Vice President of Land Development for Lennar Homes in Las Vegas Nevada and a Senior Project Manager for Westwood civil engineering. Tracy has extensive experience in land planning, site design, municipal entitlements, engineering, mapping and construction for a wide variety of residential, commercial and industrial projects.  Tracy played a critical role in the development of several Villages within the Summerlin Master Planned Community in Las Vegas.  This included The Summit which is a luxury 550 acre residential community developed by the Discovery Land Company and The Howard Hughes Corporation and features a private Tom Fazio golf course and a luxury multi-use clubhouse. Tracy currently lives in South Jordan Utah and enjoys snow skiing, wake surfing, tennis and enjoying Utah life with his wife Tammie and their 3 children.
